Therefore, it is very important to choose the color temperature of lighting products during store decoration. Different color temperatures have different effects on atmosphere manufacturing and emotion:
When the color temperature is less than 3300K, the light is mainly red, giving people a warm and relaxed feeling;
When the color temperature is 3300-6000k, the content of red, green and blue light accounts for a certain proportion, giving people a sense of nature, comfort and stability;
When the color temperature is above 6000K, the proportion of blue light is large. In this environment, people feel serious, cool and low.
Many store owners have reported similar problems: after the decoration of the whole store, the lights will appear in different colors. Some places are white and some places are yellow. They feel very uncomfortable and not up to grade. This is actually the problem of color temperature consistency of lighting lamps.
Of course, this color temperature consistency does not require that the whole store must adopt the same color temperature, but that the color temperature consistency should be considered in the same illuminated surface and range.
Color temperature is simply the luminous color of light. This concept is familiar to everyone.
The English name of color temperature is color temperature, and the common abbreviation is CCT (correlated color temperature)
The source of color temperature is to heat a black body (this black body is not a specific black substance understood by everyone, but a theoretical black body). It starts heating from absolute zero (- 273 ℃), and the color appears with the change of heating temperature: it gradually changes from black to red, yellow and white, and finally emits blue and purple light. That is the common color temperature of 1800K ~ 7000K.
We can also know the color temperature calculation method: for example, if we want to obtain the color temperature of 2700k, that is, when the standard blackbody is heated to 2427 ℃, the color of the blackbody is 2700k (= 2427 ℃ + 273 ℃).
Similarly, 6500k = 6227 ℃ + 273 ℃.
We can think about what objects can still exist at 6227 ℃ or even 10000 ℃? Because we still have 12000k and 20000k light color temperature.
We should know that the metal with the highest melting point is tungsten, which does not exceed 3500 ℃ (this is also the reason why tungsten wire was selected for the bulb at the beginning), and the highest melting point of other composite materials does not exceed 4300 ℃. Therefore, this blackbody needs to adopt theoretical blackbody.
The color temperature commonly used in lighting is 2400k ~ 6500k, which is the most acceptable lighting environment for human body.
Application scenario of color temperature:
Generally, the color temperature for household use is 3000-4000k, and that for commercial use is 3000-5000k.
The color temperature of household is matched according to the decoration style and color, and the color temperature of commercial is selected according to the type of commodity.
In store lighting, the color temperature of light is selected for different commodities and different lighting application places.
Consistency of color temperature of monochrome products
For the same batch of lamps, the normal positive and negative deviation of color temperature will lead to the poor consistency of on-site lights. Some deviations can be clearly seen by our own eyes, especially in the places where low color temperature lights are used. Many customers have great opinions on this kind of situation.
Those who have worked in star hotels and high-end display cabinets will have a deeper understanding: designers and Party A's customers will light up each luminous point for short-distance inspection, test and comparison, and color difference is not allowed to appear with the naked eye.
Color difference is generally measured by color tolerance SDCM. SDCM < 5 is required for most indoor lighting places (there will be requirements in national standards for some places).
Although the current light source suppliers can provide a variety of color temperature products for lamp manufacturers to choose, there is also a factor to be considered here. The same standard products will be divided into bin, such as 3000K lamp bead products, and the products of the same supplier will be supplied from 2850k to 3150k. The difference is 300K (this ± 150k is still a relatively high standard), which can be distinguished by human eyes, Therefore, this situation will test the product standards and negotiation ability of lamp manufacturers.
In particular, when different product types are installed in the same place, they often bring the problem of color difference: store lighting generally includes downlight / spotlight, guide rail lamp, linear lamp, lamp belt and light box light source. The forms of LED include patch and cob. The nominal color temperature is the same, but it is often difficult to achieve the consistency of color temperature; Because most lamps on the market, such as 3000K lamps, 2800k ~ 3300K light sources belong to their normal supply scope, the positive and negative deviations of light sources of patch and cob are actually different. If a store uses lamps from more than two suppliers, this kind of color difference problem will be more prominent. This is also a point that many owners often complain about.
Two color temperature products:
Two color warm lighting is also very popular now. Because it can achieve various effects, it has been widely used in recent years.
In fact, you may also ignore a problem: when the LED lights are dimming or color matching temperature, the color of the same batch of lamps will be inconsistent, and the color difference of some lamps is very obvious, resulting in poor effect. Most shops are decorated in light colors, and the color difference of lights with different colors will be more obvious. Many users do not know whether it is the product reason or the debugging system reason.

In terms of products, the consistency standard of the selected two-color temperature light source is not high.
